We were five people in Karachi. Rumie had the rails into Afghanistan. Uridu knew how to make audio for women who couldn't read. SRSO, NRSP and TRDP had 1.2 million organised rural households and forty years of trust we could never build alone. Partnership wasn't strategy — it was the only way a team this small reached this far.

Rumie (Canada) — Tanya Qadir, who gave us a project: byte-sized learning in Dari and Pashto on health and financial empowerment, extending Raaji’s content past Pakistan’s border for Afghan women.

Uridu (Germany) — Marcel Heyne, who gave us a project: audio menstrual-health content for women who couldn't read, and Correlaid — the first digital mental-health screening of rural Sindhi women: a 10-question WHO SRQ-20 survey run by our champions on their own phones across 22 villages of Larkana and Kambar Shahdadkot. Most had never heard the words "mental health" before. Published as a white paper with GRC.
Plus the EU-funded SUCCESS programme through SRSO, NRSP and TRDP — Pakistan’s three largest rural support organisations — which gave Raaji a door into 1.2 million organised households.
